With room for up to 36 guests, 9 bedrooms, and 9.5 bathrooms across both homes, this combined property gives everyone plenty of space to relax while still keeping the group together. It’s an ideal setup for family reunions, corporate retreats, or big friend getaways where shared moments matter just as much as having room to spread out. Even better, both cabins are pet friendly, so your four-legged family members are welcome to join the adventure too. Between the peaceful pond views, inviting outdoor spaces, and cozy interiors, it’s easy to settle in and feel right at home.

Whispering Waters offers a warm and welcoming place to gather. Inside, five thoughtfully designed bedrooms and a spacious open-concept kitchen and living area make it easy for everyone to connect. A stunning floor-to-ceiling fireplace anchors the living space, creating a cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploring. There’s plenty to keep everyone entertained too, from shuffleboard and games to comfortable seating areas perfect for conversation. Step outside to enjoy the covered deck, bubbling hot tub, outdoor dining space, and fire pit, all set beside a peaceful pond and creek where the gentle sounds of nature add to the relaxing atmosphere.

Next door, Playin’ at the Pond brings even more space and fun to the property. The cabin includes three sleeping areas in the main house along with an additional sleeping space in the small house, plus 4.5 bathrooms to keep everyone comfortable. The open layout invites everyone to gather, while cozy corners provide quiet places to recharge. Outside is where the adventure really begins, with activities like pickleball, tennis, basketball, and horseshoes ready for friendly competition. ★ ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFORMATION ★
The best option for EV charging is at the Choctaw Casino, which offers multiple fast charging stations. Please note this property does NOT have an EV Charger.

★Noise Ordinance ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

★ A NOTE ON OUR LOCAL NEIGHBORS ★
We are thrilled to share our slice of nature with you! Because this home is nestled in the heart of the woods, please keep in mind that you are visiting a thriving ecosystem.
*** Wildlife: It is common to see deer, turkeys, and squirrels. Occasionally, larger wildlife like raccoons may pass through. Please keep all food indoors and dispose of trash in the secured bins provided.
*** The "Bug" Factor: We maintain a professional pest control schedule; however, the occasional spider, beetle, ladybug, wasp, or other "woodland friend" may still find their way inside, especially during rain or seasonal changes. In this area, Asian beetles are sometimes released by aircraft over the forest to help control pine beetles that damage the pine trees. This usually happens about once a year, and during that time it’s possible to see higher numbers of them around the cabin or occasionally indoors.
*** Keeping doors and screens closed will help keep the great outdoors exactly where it belongs—outdoors!

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
